All programs, activities, meetings, events, and private bookings must be approved by the Board of Directors or Community Hall Coordinator.
For more information on booking the Community Hall or other areas of the Hamilton Downtown Mosque, please fill out the contact form to the right and the Booking Coordinator will contact you.
Requests must be submitted AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR to the booking date and are subject to availability and approval. Please provide as much detail about the booking as possible.
All religious meetings, classes, and lectures etc. will also be subject to approval by the Imam and Religious Affairs Committee.
