RESPECTED BOARD MEMBERS TO  Kindly: 
1) Please Print and post (BOTH the constitution and the Election notice) on bulletin boards on both (men and women sides).

              2) Keep a hard copy of the constitution and Election notice in Board office, and another one in the Imams office.

3) Post BOTH on HDM website.

EARLY ELECTIONS:

As approved by General body on JAN 8TH, 2017 to call for an early Election, and as Announced on February 17:

A GENERAL BODY MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING A NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS BEEN CALLED FOR SUNDAY MARCH 26, 2017 STARTING AT 1:45 PM  AND ENDING AT 3:45 P.M.

NOMINATIONS:

  * NOMINATIONS TO BE ACCEPTED FROM MARCH 6, 2017 TO MARCH 12, 2017 (8:30 P.M.)


   – Nomination form HDM-2017 have been made available since MARCH 5th, 2017.

  *ALL NOMINATION FORMS shall be entirely and properly filled, signed, and submitted to the attention of the ADVISORY COMMITTEE in a sealed ENVELOPES.

  * ON Monday MARCH 13, 2017 THE Advisory Committee will start the process of screening nomination forms, interviewing the nominees, and do their due diligence (including requesting police clearance(s) if necessary)

 

*  The Advisory committee will post the name(s) of the qualified nominees, once the screening process is completed.

MEMBERSHIP:
As agreed upon by General body on JAN 8TH, 2017: Issuing new memberships shall be suspended as of JANUARY 8, 2017 until the election of the new Board is passed.  
 
The Advisory committee should recieve soft and hard copy the up to date accurate official membership list on or before Sunday March 12, 2017.
