The first day to open the Hamilton Downtown Mosque will be on Monday, June 15 at Maghreb Payer
(congregation prayers will be held only during Maghreb time during the first week of opening).
Only men will be able to attend the Masjid during the first week of opening to keep the children and women safe.
No travellers who have travelled recently (Must stay 14 days isolated)
No small Children, People over the age of 65 should stay home for their safety and
those who have any medical conditions that could put them in danger.
Wudu must be made prior to attending the Mosque (Washrooms / Wudu area closed).
Attendees must come with their own Musallah (prayer mat), a bag for their Shoes, and Face Mask.
Jummah will start on Friday, June 19, 2020. (Next Friday and NOT June 12)
There would be 2 prayers to start with it In Shaa Allah.
1st prayer at 1:30 PM (Lasting 15 minutes) 10 minutes Khutbah, 5 minutes to pray.
Sunnah to be prayed at home so next prayer may start on time
2nd Prayer at 2:00 PM (Lasting 15 minutes) 10 minutes Khutbah, 5 minutes to pray.
